It is so good to be here.  This statement can mean many things, for example, it could mean that it is good to be where you live; it is good to be going home; maybe it is good to see family and friends.  Another view on this is that it is so good to be at Dakota Homestead.  I am delighted to be a part of a company that is dedicated to South Dakota.  Yes, that is right, we are dedicated. 

Dakota Homestead is privileged to serve our agents, attorneys, lenders, homeowners and many others that are part of the real property transactions in the state. However, it goes much further than that.  By working with Dakota Homestead here in our great state, we are assisting in job creation, helping our local charities and the economic development of many communities.  

We are dedicated to you to provide the expert knowledge that is necessary for real property transactions to be completed here in South Dakota.  We don’t have to shift our attention to any other state; we are proud to specialize on South Dakota only.
